THIS MENU IS A MIX OF LIBERIAN AND JAMAICAN COOKING

CURRY GOAT

Expertly done and cooked until tender with a succulent blend of tropical. 

curries and spices directly from the island.

Recommended: Serve with white rice

BROWN STEW CHICKEN

  

Chicken in a blend of brown sugar and a mix of traditional island spices, cooked down with fresh tomatoes, onions, and simmered. slowly until the natural juices flow to make delicious brown gravy, 

light and sassy. 

ATTIEKE & FISH

SALMON

Pan sear Salmon season with a blend of island spices and served over a bed of spice rice.

CASSAVA LEAVES

 

CURRY SHRIMP

Shrimp prepared with natural curry and peppers and onions other island spices. 

Recommended: serve with white rice

ATTIEKE WITH FRIED CHICKEN

Attieke prepared the Liberian way and served it with Fried Chicken.

Recommended: serve with spicy rice

JERK CHICKEN

  Jerk Chicken, jerk rubbed with our own blend of spicy island seasonings. 

Recommended: serve with spicy rice
